Tasting notes: Light pale cherry color. In mouth is fresh and vibrant with a pleasant acidity. In nose is vibrant and pungent. Its aroma recalls strawberries and cherries and the final is rounded by sweet liquorice aftertaste.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served chilly at 6-8 ºC.
Food pairings: light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish
