Tasting notes: Valceniza El Origen is an expression of the unique terroir of slate vineyard in Calatayud, where the high altitude vines (1000m) produce tiny yields of concentrated garnacha grapes. Valceniza El Origen has been hand-picked in small baskets and aged in new French oak barrels for 11 months, to produce a rich, complex wine.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at around 16-18ºC.
